Congress passed another relief package making several changes to key programs that provide financial support to small businesses:

- Changes to the original Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)
- A new “Second Draw” PPP for small businesses
- Additional funding and revised EIDL Grant program
- New Employee Retention Tax Credits
- A Venue Grant program
